A social entrepreneur passionate about the construction industry,  Sally brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as the founder and CEO of Sheforce. 

Working within construction, financial services and government, Sally is a powerhouse relationship builder who prides herself on her dedicated work ethic, strong leadership, mentoring skills and commitment to drive social change to see women thrive.

As People & Culture Manager at Sheforce, Marisa brings expertise from small business, community service, finance, and education. 

Raising three adult women, Marisa thrives on coaching, mentoring, and supporting Sheforce’s employees and candidates. 

Developing Sheforce’s Wellness Program, Marisa is dedicated to educating individuals on health, wellbeing, and financial literacy.

Esmeralda joins Sheforce with over 20 years’ experience as a customer service professional  and started her career in retail., After completing her Bachelor of Commerce, Esmeralda transitioned into banking and gained valuable contact centre and leadership experience.

Several years later, Esmeralda made the leap into construction and enjoys the dynamic and fast-paced industry as ‘no one day is the same’.

Esmeralda enjoys helping others and is looking forward to supporting the team at Sheforce, working towards equal and inclusive workplaces.

With leadership roles within banking and telecommunications, Jen’s expertise range from operations to project management. Passionate about gender equality, diversity and inclusion, Jen joins Sheforce as a recrutiment specialist and facilitator of our Gender Equality Program.

Growing up with her father as a tradie, Jen is aware of the challenges faced in the traditional construction model and brings empathy, perspectives and life experience to her role. 

An experienced customer-service professional, who has recently completed a Bachelor of Education, Isabella joins Sheforce as our Operations Assistant. Isabella plays a key role in supporting the daily operational activities, providing administrative assistance and new employee onboarding.

In addition to being a valued part of the team, Isabella is also a star player at Sydenham Park Soccer Club and her women’s team are proudly sponsored by Sheforce.  

Veronica joins Sheforce as a Marketing Assistant equipped with a Bachelor's in Communications and Advertising, a Diploma in Graphic Design, and extensive customer service experience.

Veronica seamlessly integrates her expertise to enhance the company's visual identity and communication strategies. With attention to detail and creative flair, Veronica crafts compelling marketing collateral that align with Sheforce's message and values.
